Ryder Racing Billet Aluminium Oil Separator Cover Kit The factory oil separator and piston pin covers are well known to cause engine oil leaks costing hundreds of dollars to repair, this is due to the OEM part varying over time from cast aluminium, plastic and finally sheet metal. Leaking covers will drip oil over other components causing premature wear; such as the clutch assembly which requires the entire transmission to be removed. The Ryder Racing oil separator and piston pin covers are CNC machined from billet T6061 aircraft grade aluminium, anodised black for added protection with our trademark boxer logo for authenticity. The covers are redesigned using thicker material and the only of its kind to use revised GR5 titanium button head cap screws which supply higher clamp load and resolve the issues from those nasty countersunk screws.
